Board of Directors

American Brands Group has a five member Board of Advisers comprised of uniquely qualified individuals from both industry and finance which will provide counsel, industry contacts and investment opportunities.  Each of these individuals has longstanding personal and professional relationships with the Principals.  The following provides a brief background on the Principles of ABG and each member of the Board of Advisers:

 

Scott Parker - Principal
Scott founded American Brands Group Ltd. 10 years after his first visit to the Chinese mainland.  His passion for its people, culture and vast opportunity, drove Scott to start a company that brings American companies and their products into the China marketplace.  Scott has over 30 years experience owning and operating commercial real estate construction and investment companies. 

Richard Flick - Adviser
Richard has over 15 years aviation experience with several Fortune 500 companies in operations and management positions of corporate, airline and fractional aircraft.  He has served as a pilot and instructor operating a wide range of aircraft from light general aviation to transport category jet aircraft. 

Patrick Parker - Adviser
Patrick is the President of Time Access Inc, a project management consulting firm. He has been a technology professional for nearly two decades, and is an accomplished business systems analyst and software developer. Patrick's work includes consulting and development for many companies and organizations.  His expertise spans a broad array of industries and technologies, including trade, finance, insurance, healthcare, telecom, and technology startups. 

Bo Wang - Adviser
Bo is the founder and CEO of Bokan Technologies Co. Ltd. a mainland China software development company.  Bo is an expert in software development and technology infrastructure with over 20 years experience.
